VP, Real Estate Private Credit Asset Management

Santander Alternative Investments is recruiting a Vice President, Credit Asset Management to oversee mid-to-large ticket real estate private credit across geographies. You will support portfolio oversight, loan servicer management, reporting and platform build-out, reporting to the Head of Credit Asset Management.

The role requires hands-on credit judgement, data-driven processes, and strong communication to manage complex investments and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
