Overview
In this role, you will lead multi-year transformation programmes within Sheffield’s Housing Service to modernise processes, strengthen compliance, and implement a sustainable operating model. You’ll coordinate cross-functional delivery, foster cultural change, and ensure improvements are sequenced for impact, supporting residents and performance targets. You will manage governance, benefits tracking, and risk, guided by resident insights and regulatory expectations. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity to drive public-service improvement at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-year improvement programmes to modernise how we work
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery and enable cultural and behavioural change

- Manage programme governance, track benefits, and mitigate risks
- Champion evidence-based decision making rooted in resident insight and performance intelligence
