Flexible-Working Employment Lawyer (Interim) – London

The Oyster Partnership is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer for a London Borough to manage a varied caseload with a highly flexible working arrangement and minimal office attendance.

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of matters, including employee relations, disciplinary issues, TUPE and restructures, and Employment Tribunal claims, while drafting HR documents and assisting senior officers.
