Overview
In this role you will deliver technically excellent corporate tax advice within a leading UK and global practice. You will work closely with the corporate tax team, advising on structuring, compliance, governance, and reorganisations, while supporting business development. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional and overseas teams and coach junior staff. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality corporate tax advice across structuring, compliance, governance and post-transaction reorganisations
- Support refinancing and legal structure optimisation, and manage tax authority enquiries
- Assist with business development by pursuing opportunities with targets and participating with Directors and Partners
- Coordinate input from specialists in other departments and overseas offices for advisory projects
- Coach and develop junior team members and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead proposals for new work, including tender documents, client pitches, and problem-solving for clients
Key requirements
- Qualified ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent with strong corporate tax knowledge
- Experience in a general practice or specialist corporate tax team
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and relationships
