West London Early Years Trainer — Hybrid & Travel

FIND is seeking an Early Years Trainer to deliver high-quality teaching to learners across Levels 2 and 3, with Level 5 delivery desirable. You will support learners to build confidence, develop best practice, and progress in their childcare careers.

You will travel to learner settings across West London, provide coaching and progress reviews, and collaborate with nurseries to ensure an excellent learner experience. This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working.
