New and Used Car Business Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead the Finance & Insurance (F&I) function for new and used cars, ensuring clear customer understanding of obligations with integrity. You will develop the sales team and act as the central point for sales enquiries, shaping performance and customer outcomes. You will drive F&I and add-on performance while modeling leadership and high standards. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department
• Act as the core contact for sales enquiries to support conversion and customer experience
• Develop and lead the sales team to raise performance
• Ensure customers understand obligations with integrity and fairness
• Drive finance and add-on performance and contribute to overall sales results
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Lead from the front to inspire colleagues and achieve shared objectives
• Support flexible working patterns including weekends to maintain high service levels

Key requirements

• High-achieving background in Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager with solid financial and commercial understanding
• Strong work ethic with ability to lead, motivate and raise performance
