In-House Counsel: Corporate, Finance & M&A (Energy)

Centrica is looking for an England & Wales qualified lawyer to join the Corporate, Finance and M&A Legal team. Based in Reading, the role offers hybrid working with a requirement to attend the office at least two days a week.

You will support the Group M&A function and broader corporate matters, developing expertise in complex transactions while managing smaller investments and pensions-related matters in a supportive in-house environment.
