Responsibilities

• Technical delivery across development methodologies with secure-by-design focus
• Mentorship and team leadership, peer review, knowledge sharing
• Design, develop, test, and document software per best practices with CI where appropriate
• Adapt to emerging technologies and assess risk
• Identify and mitigate security flaws during design and implementation

Key requirements

• Familiarity with IDEs, debuggers, source control; unit testing, mocking, CI, TDD
• Knowledge of high-assurance development principles and IT security awareness
• Intermediate to advanced computing principles (stack/heap, compiled/interpreted)
• Proficiency in at least one solution language (C++, Java, C#) and one utility language (Python, JavaScript, Perl, PowerShell)
• Ability to use multiple major operating systems and learn new languages quickly
• Strong communication of technical topics to varied audiences; mentoring/leadership experience
