Engineering Team Lead, Go & Linux Infra

Mistral is seeking a senior engineering leader to manage and grow the Cloud Platform team. You will split time between architecture decisions and hands-on work, guiding a group of engineers building secure, isolated environments for AI workloads.

You will ship high-performance backend systems in Go, own the security boundary, and partner with Product Managers to turn frontier research into practical primitives. Leadership is required from day one.
