Job Description:
Dudley Group is seeking an experienced nurse to lead the Trauma & Orthopaedics Outpatients team across Russells Hall and Corbett’s Hospitals. You will manage day-to-day clinical and nursing care, supervise staff, and support virtual fracture clinics within a multidisciplinary framework.
The role requires proven leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to train staff and improve patient pathways. Flexible coverage across Trust sites is expected.
