Employment Counsel (EU) – TUPE & Cross-Border Expert

Dojo is seeking a skilled Employment Legal Counsel to support our European expansion and provide pragmatic employment law advice across the organisation. You will work with the People and Legal Teams and external counsel to drive compliant, business-focused outcomes across multiple jurisdictions.

Reporting to the General Counsel, the role involves drafting contracts and policies, handling ACAS/Tribunal matters, and training teams on employment law and best practices.
