Overview

As an AI Delivery Lead at Deloitte, you will drive the delivery of AI-enabled solutions for clients, leveraging Generative AI and data science. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end projects, and embed ethical AI guardrails and privacy considerations. You’ll work with clients to translate business needs into scalable, production-grade AI solutions while staying at the forefront of AI advances. This role sits at the intersection of technology, transformation, and client impact, in a collaborative, value-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and develop AI-enabled solutions aligned to goals
• Lead and manage a team of AI professionals (data scientists, engineers, developers, business analysts) to ensure successful delivery
• Manage full project lifecycle (timelines, budgets, scope)
• Stay up-to-date with AI advances and integrate new tools/techniques into client solutions
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders, with actionable recommendations
• Oversee data privacy and security guardrails throughout projects, including ethical AI guardrails

Key requirements

• Experience in a specific industry or domain (insurance, finance, or banking)
• Strong project management skills (timelines, budgets, scope)
• Experience delivering AI-enabled, production-grade solutions at scale
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI
• Strong leadership with ability to enable diverse teams
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in agile environments
