1st Line IT Support Technician — Windows & Office 365

Solutions Engineering Recruitment is seeking a motivated 1st Line IT Support Technician to join a growing technical support team, providing hands-on IT support across client sites in and around Greenwich.

This role will resolve day-to-day technical issues, support users, maintain IT equipment and help ensure client systems remain reliable and operational. We welcome candidates with Windows 11, Office 365 experience and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
