Responsibilities

• Advise on M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, equity capital markets, governance, and reorganisations
• Work with clients driving transformational change across sectors such as technology, energy transition, financial services, infrastructure, and built environment
• Act for a diverse client base including listed companies, privately owned businesses, banks, and investors
• Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and internationally on high-value mandates
• Develop sector interests, contribute to client relationship building, and grow business development and networking skills
