Senior Outdoor Instructor — Lead & Coach (Casual)

Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a Casual Senior Instructor at Dinton Activity Centre to deliver outdoor activity sessions and support day-to-day operations.

You will lead land- and water-based activities, supervise staff, and ensure safety standards, with evenings, weekends, and term-time hours.

Requires recognised outdoor qualifications, First Aid, a full UK driving licence, and at least two years’ experience; we welcome flexible, customer-focused professionals.
