Part-Time London IT Support & Office Operations Specialist

IXL Learning is seeking an IT Support & Operations Specialist for MyTutor in our London Old Street office. This part-time role requires 20 hours per week, with a 9am–1pm schedule Monday to Friday.

You will provide timely technical assistance to London teams, resolving hardware, software, network, and account issues to keep operations running smoothly. You will administer Google Workspace, Slack, VPNs, and MyTutor backend, and develop clear documentation for processes.
