Family Help Practitioner: Frontline Child & Family Support

Milton Keynes City Council is recruiting a Family Help Practitioner to join our Children’s Services team. The role can be part-time or full-time and is site-based at a Family Help Hub.

You will support families with medium to high needs, conduct assessments, and develop tailored intervention plans to improve outcomes for children. Applicants should hold a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, understand safeguarding, and be able to build trusted relationships within a multi-agency team.
