Salesforce Software Engineer

I’m partnered with a global retail business who I’m sure you’ve heard of. They have Salesforce and AWS as their trusted CRMs and are partway through a greenfield implementation covering predominately Sales and Service and are picking the most up to date technologies like Agentforce for their org.They are looking for a talented Salesforce Software Engineer to join their team and take projects from initial requirements gathering, solution designing and getting hands-on with programmatic development with both Salesforce and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce & AWS solutions across a greenfield environmentTranslate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practice
• Use AI tooling as a core part of how you work, and own the quality of everything it produces on your behalf
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering through to deployment and post-release support
• Manage deployment processes, ensuring robust version control, testing, and release management
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end solutions across either Salesforce or AWS
• Builds confidently in the Salesforce ecosystem (LWC, Apex, platform security)
• Genuinely good with AI tooling, knows where it’s dependable, where it isn’t, and how to verify
• Hands-on experience with deployment tools and methodologies (e.g. Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX) and best practice release management
• Experience working on large-scale or greenfield Salesforce projects is highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
