Fundment is seeking a Lead Python Developer to lead a pod of 3–4 engineers, combining hands-on development (about 50%) with technical leadership. You’ll drive delivery quality, ensure reliable, maintainable backend systems, and shape the technical direction to meet real business needs.
You’ll work closely with product managers to review PRDs, produce accurate estimates, prioritise work, and align the pod with sprint plans.
