Maintenance Surveyor – Housing Repairs & Damp (Hybrid Work)

Liquid is seeking a Property Services Maintenance Surveyor to join a housing charity in London. The role combines responsive repairs, empty homes and planned maintenance, with a hands-on approach and a mix of office, home working and site visits across London.

You will inspect properties, prepare reports, monitor contractors and identify hazards while supporting residents and improving repair services. Travel and out-of-hours duty may be required.
