Telecare Officer (OT) – Enable Independent Living

Hackney Council seeks a Telecare Officer (OT) to lead the TeleCare service within Adult Social Care. You will design and deliver training for staff and carers, guide practitioners, and coordinate TeleCare equipment installations to support safe hospital discharges.

The role requires a UK state-registered Occupational Therapy degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage performance and supervise staff in a fast-paced environment. IT systems knowledge is essential.
