Innovation & Continuous Improvement Lead

Gattaca seeks a Continual Improvement and Innovation Manager to lead the improvement function across a major metropolitan transport contract. You will drive identification, assessment, prioritisation, governance, and delivery of improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, resilience, and value.

You will apply the ITIL Continual Improvement Model, monitor performance, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable benefits.
