Global IT Services Leader – Hybrid, UK/US/DE

TXO Group is seeking an experienced Group IT Services Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure across UK, North America and Germany, with Chepstow or Solihull hybrid work and travel as required.

Reporting to the Group Head of IT, you will manage a geographically dispersed team, drive service performance, governance, and supplier management while aligning with group priorities and security requirements.
