Based in Oldbury, this full-time Customer Service Administrator post supports a well-established manufacturing client in Dudley. The successful candidate processes orders and schedules from start to finish, acting as the central contact for key accounts, internal operations and suppliers. Responsibilities cover procurement through to final delivery and invoicing, ensuring demand requirements are met efficiently. The role involves working with customers to forecast ongoing demand, creating schedules for raw materials, and monitoring stock levels, including safety stock, to prevent shortages or excess holding. Duties:
- Process customer orders / schedules and coordinate from start to finish Act as a central point of contact, responsible for key customers, internal operations and suppliers to meet customer demand requirements efficiently, handling everything from procurement to final delivery and invoicing. Work with customers to accurately forecast on-going demand. Create schedules and forecasts for supporting raw materials onto suppliers to meet operational requirements and customer demand. Monitor and optimise stock levels, including safety stock. Maintain a balance to avoid shortages and excess stock hold.

- Proven experience of working in a similar role.
