Senior Property Manager (Lettings)

Overview

In this role you will oversee a portfolio of Edinburgh residential properties, ensuring a smooth tenancy experience and maintaining high service standards across the property management function. You will support colleagues, manage relationships with landlords and tenants, and handle complex property matters. Responsibilities

• Manage residential properties throughout the tenancy process
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure timely resolution
• Handle tenancy-related disputes and complex property matters
• Manage HMO properties and licensing obligations
• Conduct property inspections and arrange follow-up actions
• Liaise with contractors and service providers for quality workmanship
• Maintain accurate property records and compliance information

Key requirements

• Previous experience as Property Manager, Portfolio Manager, Block Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Residential Property Manager, Estate Manager or similar
• Minimum 5 years in residential property management
• ARLA Propertymark or Letwell qualification
• Experience managing HMO properties and mentoring colleagues
• Experience with property management systems
• Strong knowledge of Scottish lettings legislation and compliance
• Experience handling disputes and tenancy issues
