Property Manager – Broadgate Campus

Overview

In this role you deliver best-in-class service to building occupiers and drive efficient, safe operations. You will manage service charge budgets and contracts, oversee maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety and current legislation. You’ll develop strong relationships with occupiers and lead onsite teams to maintain high standards. This is an opportunity to shape occupier experiences across premier London campuses and retail schemes, contributing to British Land’s sustainable, long-term value creation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage service charge budgets in line with the RICS code of practice
• Manage service provider contracts to ensure best-in-class service
• Oversee planned maintenance and coordinate reactive maintenance with Technical Services Manager
• Ensure Health & Safety, emergency procedures, compliance and safe working practices are maintained
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with occupiers and ensure regular engagement and clear communication
• Lead and manage the building team and onsite service providers; oversee staff training, development, and welfare requirements
