Property Manager, Portfolio & Compliance

Thompson & Terry Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Property Manager to join an Oxfordshire-based independent property business in North Oxford. You will manage day-to-day upkeep, coordinate maintenance, attend client meetings, and liaise with surveyors and contractors to resolve complex issues.

You will oversee budgets, reports, and compliance, conduct site inspections, and drive Health & Safety practices while building strong relationships with estate owners and leaseholders.
