Job Description:

Make a difference in palliative and end-of-life care

Over the past 12 months, Marie Curie has been delivering an Intermediate Palliative Care service at our Edinburgh Hospice, as part of a wider transformation of palliative and end-of-life care across Edinburgh.

The service provides seven additional intermediate palliative care beds, supporting people who require 24-hour care. This includes people being discharged from hospital or admitted from their own homes whose palliative care needs would benefit from additional hospice support.

We’re now looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality, person-centred care to people and their families.

If you’ve been considering a career in palliative and end-of-life care, this could be a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience while making a genuine difference.
