Apprentice CSR – Front of House Customer Care

Volvo Group’s Renault Trucks unit invites applications for an Apprentice Service Advisor (CSR) based in Avonmouth, Bristol. This 12-month apprenticeship, followed by a 3-month End Point Assessment, blends online learning with in-centre assessments and on-site teamwork.

As CSR you will be the first impression for customers, handling front-of-house duties, developing communication and problem-solving skills, and preparing for the EPA while learning company systems including Teams.
