Estate Caretaker – North London (Cleaning & Safety)

Clarion Housing Group in London is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our Estate Services team, covering Haringey and Enfield. This permanent, full-time role involves maintaining cleanliness in communal areas and ensuring hazards are kept to high safety standards.

You will sweep, mop, litter-pick and clean bin areas, and you may be required to travel across the region. A full manual UK driving licence is essential, and the post is subject to basic criminal record clearance.
