Night Guest Services Specialist

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Nights Guest Service Assistant to help run the hotel overnight, delivering safe, welcoming and memorable experiences for our guests while upholding brand standards.

You will greet late arrivals, support guests at reception, provide drinks at the residents’ bar, prepare items from the 24-hour menu, assist with night audit, and ensure fire and safety compliance. You’ll stay calm, attentive and professional through night shifts.
