Operational Risk Analyst – Hybrid (Banking 2LOD)

Kroo Bank Ltd is hiring an Operational Risk Analyst in Manchester to help develop and maintain the bank’s operational risk framework. You will report to the Operational Risk Manager in the 2LOD and provide guidance to teams on risk identification, assessment and controls.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, policy development, risk event coordination, and reporting to senior management. Hybrid working and regular collaboration across the bank are expected.
