The HGV Class 1 Driver / Workshop Assistant responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• This is a duel role – Collection / delivery of vehicles from / to customers within Leicestershire and the surrounding areas. Ad hoc longer journeys to other Ford & Slater dealerships.
• Occasional road testing of vehicles (subject to licence restrictions).
• General Workshop caretaker duties when not driving.

Who are we looking for as our HGV Class 1 Driver / Workshop Assistant:

• You must hold a valid UK Class 1 licence (ideally clean).
• Be a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
• Any mechanical knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
• PC Literate.

Shift pattern: Alternate weeks, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 / 10:30 – 19:00 (with a 30 minute unpaid break each shift)
