What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and supervising a team of care staff on shift
  • Administering and managing medications safely
  • Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing, identifying any changes
  • Providing compassionate emotional support and building meaningful relationships
  • Maintaining accurate care records and reporting to management
  • Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external partners
  • Acting as the Duty Officer when required
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, policies, and care regulations

About The Team You’ll Be Working In

Clifton Gardens is a 42-bed residential care home in Chiswick, supporting older people, many living with dementia. We are committed to providing a warm, respectful, and person-centred environment.

About You

We are specifically seeking someone who brings strong experience and confidence in leading care teams.

  • Experience in a senior care role including leading a small team
  • Proven ability to lead shifts and supervise staff
  • Strong knowledge of care planning, safeguarding, and compliance
  • NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Health & Social Care
  • Confident using digital care systems and IT (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • The role is for 36 hours, over 5 days a week and adhere to a rota.
  • Enhanced DBS
