Quantity Surveyor (Tier 1, Commercial, Mixed Use)

Overview

In this role you help manage the financial performance of a flagship London development. You work within a commercial team to safeguard profitability and uphold contractual obligations across procurement, cost control and subcontract oversight. You will identify commercial risks, drive reporting, and collaborate with operations to deliver a complex, high-profile project. This is a chance to shape outcomes on a landmark 280m project in the City of London with a premier contractor.

Key requirements

• 6+ years as Quantity Surveyor / Project QS / Senior QS
• experience with Tier One or Tier Two main contractors
• strong procurement, subcontract management and cost control experience
• experience on large-scale commercial, mixed-use or major construction projects
