What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Branch Sales Manager

• Leading, mentoring and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
• Managing day-to-day branch operations and sales performance
• Driving new business, valuations and instructions
• Overseeing negotiations and progressing sales through to completion
• Developing strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants
• Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to maximise results

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role
• Strong track record in residential property sales
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate a sales team
• Excellent knowledge of the London property market
• Confident negotiator with strong valuation and listing skills
• Highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to winning new business
• Full UK driving licence and own car advantageous
