Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement (Education)

Bath College seeks a Director of Quality to lead its quality improvement and assurance framework across all funding streams at its Dual Campus. You will be a member of the Corporate Leadership Group, setting strategic direction and driving a culture of continuous improvement for learners and apprentices.

The role focuses on readiness for inspection, enhancing teaching and learning, and delivering high-quality educational outcomes at Bath College’s campuses.
