Retail Team Leader — Store Ops & Customer Service

Hobbycraft is seeking a proactive Team Leader to support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations in the United Kingdom. You will lead by example, coach colleagues and ensure outstanding customer service to drive repeat visits and sales.

In this role you will be a keyholder, support scheduling, stock control and health and safety compliance, and you will champion our brand values while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and staff alike.
