Shift Lead: Lead a High-Impact Team (Flexible Hours)

B&Q Glasshoughton is seeking a Shift Lead to join our store team as a keyholder. This role includes shifts starting as early as 6:00 and finishing by 20:30, with weekend working as part of a rota. You’ll be part of a busy home improvement environment where customer service matters most.

You will collaborate with Department Managers to develop, motivate and support your team, ensuring great store operations and service every day.
