Bimplus is seeking an experienced Civils & Groundworks Site Manager for a busy Midlands project. You will lead day-to-day site operations, supervise groundworks, civils and infrastructure works, manage labour, plant and subcontractors, and maintain records to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
The role requires proven site management experience in heavy civils, RAMS, and a strong HS&E mindset; SMSTS and CSCS are essential, with a full UK driving licence required.
