Overview

In this role you will lead the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) programme for Fastmarkets’ new products and commercial initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to align on positioning, pricing and launch activities, while ensuring governance and delivery are on track. You’ll drive performance reviews, data-driven insights and continuous improvement of the GTM model. This is a high-impact role that shapes product launches and commercial success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end GTM programme lifecycle from opportunity assessment to launch and post-launch review
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams on product positioning, pricing, packaging, target segments and launch activities
  • Facilitate Commercial & Product Squad meetings and product performance reviews
  • Maintain alignment of priorities, timelines, deliverables and commercial objectives across functions
  • Develop and manage programme plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues
  • Establish governance processes, decision gates and approval frameworks
  • Manage Go/No-Go decisions and launch readiness requirements
  • Maintain RAID logs; actively manage risks and issues
  • Manage programme budgets and forecasts across CapEx and OpEx
  • Produce regular executive updates and decision papers for senior stakeholders
  • Support data-driven decision making and performance analysis
  • Ensure accountability for commercial outcomes across Product, Marketing and Commercial
  • Support business readiness with communication, training and adoption planning
  • Track benefits realisation and coordinate corrective action where needed
  • Drive continuous improvement of GTM processes and ways of working
  • Use AI-enabled tools for planning, reporting, risk management and stakeholder communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency via technology and automation
  • Promote adoption of AI-enhanced working practices

Key requirements

  • Significant experience delivering go-to-market programmes within B2B subscription, SaaS, information services or data-driven business
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional programmes involving Product, Marketing, Commercial and Analytics
  • Strong programme management experience including governance, risk management, stakeholder management and benefits realisation
  • Experience supporting product launches and commercialization from concept through post-launch
  • Strong commercial awareness with ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including influencing senior leaders
  • Experience using programme management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project, Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Desirable experience in information services, market intelligence, financial data, or subscription-based industries
  • Understanding of subscription business models and revenue operations
  • Professional qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, MSP, PMI or equivalent
  • Experience using AI tools to support programme delivery
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience
