Programme Manager

Overview

As an Agile Programme Manager in a hospitality-focused engineering team, you will lead the delivery of key digital initiatives that enhance the online guest experience and scale a cloud-native platform. You will align technology and business strategies, grow team capabilities, and maintain delivery cadence with quality and stability. You’ll champion agile practices, empower cross-functional teams, and ensure transparent planning and progress reporting. Responsibilities

• Provide technical programme management and Agile delivery leadership for technology-driven initiatives
• Ensure delivery of business-critical initiatives with a balance of quality, reliability and value
• Achieve stability and performance targets for the delivery teams
• Guide teams in an agile environment, encouraging self-organisation and continuous improvement
• Champion an agile culture and promote inspect-and-adapt practices
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, delivery and partner ecosystem)
• Plan and report progress to maintain transparency across the organisation

Key requirements

• 5+ years of Agile technical project and programme management experience
• Solid understanding of Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure and Microservices at a design level
• Ability to manage stakeholders with a collaborative, approachable mindset
• Transition from hands-on technical roles into Agile Delivery positions
• Experience delivering on a cloud-native, microservices-based platform is preferred
