Signode, the Transit Packaging division of Crown Holdings, Inc., is seeking an Enterprise Apps Support Analyst to support end users across the EMEA region. You will handle incidents, fulfill service requests for enterprise applications, and document solution steps.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and at least five years IT experience, with hands-on ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
