Sales Manager: Build Outbound Engine (Remote)

Uplisting is seeking a Sales Manager to lead New Business and Renewals, building an outbound engine from scratch. You’ll be a player-coach: coaching every AE to hit their number, jumping into deals when needed, and leading from the front at industry events.

You’ll report to the General Manager in a fully remote UK-based role. The package includes £60,000–£65,000 base with £110,000–£120,000 OTE, a pension, and education stipend, plus growth opportunities as the team scales.
