Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a positive, high-performing team and foster collaboration
• Build strong client and cross-team relationships to provide project insight and allocate workload
• Oversee project delivery with technical excellence to meet client expectations
• Drive team growth through recruitment, bids, and business development
• Mentor team members and support chartership and professional development

Key requirements

• Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject (e.g., civil, electrical, mechanical)
• Extensive client-facing experience with UK water companies and ability to support business development
• Proven track record in a consultancy or water company in a related role
• Strong communication, positive leadership, and culture-building capabilities
• Experience conducting quality assurance reviews of deliverables
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer with ICE, CIWEM or similar
