Hub Store Manager: Lead 6–10 Stores, Travel Required

Boots Opticians is seeking a Hub Manager to lead 6-10 stores across Worcester, Chisbury, Gloucester, Hereford, Evesham and Stroud. You will drive customer excellence, coach store leaders and steer the commercial plan with data-driven insights.

You will travel between sites daily, report to the Regional Manager and partner with the Support Office to optimise performance across the hub.
