Performance Test Consultants

Overview

In this role you will deliver expert performance testing services for client environments as part of Eurofins Digital Testing. You’ll work remotely with UK-based clients, then onsite when safe, applying specialist testing skills to design and implement scalable performance testing approaches. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive test process improvements and ensure high-quality outcomes. This is a growth-focused opportunity with strong training, mentoring, and a clear path to senior consulting impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance testing solutions from evaluation through to project delivery
• Design, implement and deliver testing approaches for performance testing
• Work on client projects, including remote and eventual on-site engagement
• Leverage DevOps and CI tools (e.g., Jenkins) in testing pipelines
• Contribute to test process improvements and best practices in performance testing
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across large organisations
• Engage in client-facing activities and knowledge transfer
• Demonstrate expert testing skills and continual learning within Edge Testing
• Support the company’s growth and reputation as a leading software testing provider

Key requirements

• Proven track record in performance testing with multiple tools
• Tool expertise in NeoLoad, JMeter or Gatling
• Experience in DevOps and CI tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• End-to-end testing approach design and delivery
• Strong interpersonal skills across levels of business and IT
• Ability to work with large, complex organisations
• SC clearance (provided) and UK work eligibility
• Location flexibility to work UK-wide and remote initially
• UK residency of at least 5 years
