Customer Service & CRM Coordinator

Just Temps is recruiting an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator for a well-established manufacturer in Sudbury, Suffolk. This busy, office-based role is long-term temporary with an immediate start and a 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday schedule.

You will manage customer care and warranty service requests, liaising with customers, clients, service engineers and colleagues to ensure timely updates. Strong administration and MS Word/Excel skills are essential.
