Customer Service & Demand Planner

Pertemps Black Country Perms is seeking a Customer Service Administrator in Oldbury/Dudley. The role involves processing orders, scheduling, and coordinating from start to finish, acting as a central contact for key accounts, internal operations and suppliers.

You will forecast demand and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess holding. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, accuracy, and confidence with forecasting and stock control.
