Youth Housing Night Duty Specialist

YMCA Robin Hood Group in Bulwell is seeking a Night Duty Worker to support residents in a 16–24 housing setting. You will help with day-to-day operations, safety checks, and incident response during night shifts (Sun–Thu 23:00–07:00).

DBS clearance is required and training is provided to support your development. This role focuses on safeguarding residents, maintaining building security, and providing responsive support to young people facing complex needs.
